Swedish massage is the ideal 'all-round' therapy for unwinding. It is a very thorough treatment, which addresses muscle tension while allowing you to relax. Movements are designed to drain tissues towards groups of lymph nodes. This helps the body to expel toxins and can assist in preventing disease. Those who have experienced a good swedish massage before are likely to have had a wonderful night's sleep afterwards, which is testament to the powerful effects of the therapy.
