- Phoenix Martial Arts is one of the largest and most successful associations in the South East, with a proven track record of training national and world champions in semi-contact points and light continuous fighting.
James and Simone Brooks run the Aldershot classes of Phoenix Martial Arts at the state of the art Fight-Science gym. Their classes are structured to provide an evolving experience to ensure that students are constantly challenged and will never get bored.
James has been training with PMA since 1992 and currently holds a 3rd degree black sash in Kung Fu and a 1st Dan black belt in Kickboxing. Simone holds a 1st Degree black sash in Kung Fu having started training in 2007.
The Phoenix Martial Arts Aldershot club runs the following classes:
•Monday 20:00 to 21:30 Mixed seniors (aged 12 upwards)
•Thursday 18:30 to 20:00 Ladies only (aged 12 upwards)
Lessons cost £29 per month, £79 per quarter, or £7.50 per class.
The classes follow the Kung Fu grading syllabus but also incorporate various aspects of the Kickboxing style. The lessons are both physically challenging and technically orientated. Students are encouraged to develop their martial arts skills, improve their fitness, and become the best that they can be.
