AJ Computer Services is an independent company which is owned by myself and covers the West Midlands Conurbation, primarily Erdington, Sutton Coldfield, Hodge Hill, Castle Vale, Castle Bromwich, Coleshill, Water Orton, Kitts Green and Stechford in North East Birmingham.
I have gained knowledge and experience from since the early nineties installing, troubleshooting and upgrading customers PC's, Laptop's, Apple Mac's and I have also spent nearly 10 years in the events industry installing and setting up AV Systems.
I operate in a trustworthy and friendly manner and have been gaining a steady number of Customers which are happy with the services they have received.

I am able to provide the following services to my Customers:

Solid state or traditional hard disk upgrade.
Remote support.
PC and Apple troubleshooting, repair and upgrades.
Building dedicated computers / systems to suit your needs.
PC tune-up and preventative maintenance.
PC / Apple software Installation and setup.
Virus / malicious software detection and removal.
Internet / email setup and troubleshooting.
Data backup and file transfer.
I have also been helping some customers with their CCTV installations and telephony issues.

I took a 7 week course in MT in 1999 and Passed.
I took the A+ Core Hardware (220-301) Exam in 2004 and Passed.

The rest of my knowledge stems from my passion for helping others with their issues and problems with IT and AV equipment.
