I am a Mobile PT looking to expand upon my current client base. I am able to train you at your home or an agreed location. Flexible working hours/ Mon- Fri: 6.30 am- 9pm/ Sat & Sun: 8.00 am- 5pm.
1 hour sessions tailored to your goal/s including regular nutritional advice, goal setting, measurements and extra workouts for you to do at home/gym. (All optional) I can train individuals or groups of up to 5.
I have experience training both male and female clients, looking for weight loss, to increase muscle mass or to improve cardiovascular fitness. WHATEVER YOUR GOAL MAY BE I CAN HELP YOU!
