I specialise in working with Young People and have over 15 years proven effective experience. In addition to this client group, I also work with adults on a very wide range of personal issues.
Many people carry troubles from the past or through everyday life difficulties which affect them in some way.
Distress can happen to anyone at any time, my aim is to connect with you to alleviate the distress. Counselling provides an opportunity to warmly explore, support and work through the difficulties in a confidential and supportive environment.
Through reflection and working together, the counselling process facilitates change promoting a greater sense of clarity and healing.
I am an individual member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means that my Professional practice that is underpinned and respected by the strict codes of the Ethical Framework for Good Practice as set out by the BACP.
