Originally from the alluring region of Brittany, I arrived in London in 2005 and started work as a sommelier for Michel Roux Jr. at Le Gavroche where I spent 8 years tasting the most incredible wines and meeting wonderful people. I then spent several years working for the legendary chef Pierre Koffmann and his amazing wife Claire at the Berkeley Hotel. Sadly, the restaurant closed but I was able to continue working to the highest standards when offered a position at the historical Michelin House where I worked for the 2 Michelin star chef Claude Bosi.
