  • My name is Uriel and I think it’s safe to say that I’m obsessed with fitness. I started my fitness journey in 2014 and after 7 years of training decided to create this website. Why? To share my learnings with the world and help as many people as possible learn about fitness for free.

    I strongly believe that free fitness resources should be available to anybody, regardless of age, race, gender identity or body type – hence the name fitness4anybody!
