We started out back in 2012, when we recognised the growing need for call answering services. We realised that people really wanted not just a good PA, but a great one – someone who knew their business inside out and could deal with clients and callers like a full-time member of staff. So we set about creating a service that does just that. After extensive research and a very selective recruitment process, we started taking our first calls in 2013 – and we haven’t looked back!
