Whilst my primary and most recognised qualification is in counselling, my sessions are much more than traditional therapy. They are conversational, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. I weave in elements of teaching and coaching, offering practical tools - like worksheets, along with energy techniques like tapping , for deep and lasting healing.
I draw on a wide range of tools to help others on their path, and sometimes, the work naturally unfolds into a deeper, more spiritual process.
As a mentor, I’m here to support, guide, and empower, sharing my knowledge, skills, and experiences along the way.
Having my own mentor has been life-changing, helping me grow in confidence, develop self-awareness, strengthen my abilities, and gain a deeper understanding of myself. I am passionate about my work and I want to offer the same for others.
