- Elizabeth Caton Food & Wine is run by two sisters in Brighton called Charlotte and Elizabeth, they are dedicated to providing high quality food for a variety of events such as weddings. They are passionate about producing food using local ingredients, free range eggs and meat. One of the sisters graduated from Prue Leith Cookery School where she was accredited student of the year.
With experience in Michelin star kitchens, you can be assured that they have passion for food. They can provide an array of different menus for a range of diets including wonderful vegetarian options. As well as providing a fabulous catering service they also offer cooking workshops.
