- Peter and Lorraine have been in the Catering Industry for over 20 years, setting up hotels and restaurants in France, Switzerland and Italy. Lorraine is a Cornish Maid from Polgooth, Peter is from Cheshire and has been living in Cornwall for the last 15 years.
