The plan is a counting system that allows you to eat what you like, when you like, until you reach your daily total. It guides you to make healthier food choices, eating more of the things that are good for you and for weight loss, and less of the things that aren’t. You get a Weekly ProPoints Allowance to play with every week too, so you can keep treats and nights out firmly on the menu and still watch that weight go steadily down.

Everyone's welcome to join Weight Watchers as long as you're over 16 years old.
Weight Watchers are here all year round, your local meeting runs for a minimum of 50 weeks a year! (So there really is no excuse)

Just a little bit about me.
I myself have lost nearly 5 stone with weightwatchers and managed to keep it off for just under 10 years, I adore been a weightwatchers leader and watching my members change appearance and confidence, just like I did.
I just run one class a week as a hobby and pride myself on the success of my class, (they generally loose over 100lbs a week!)
