The Useful Guides on my site are an attempt to assist you with information about certain family law proceedings. Not only does it offer a step-by-step guide but also templates, forms and links to sites of interest. Best of all its all free of charge! About Me
I'm a barrister with over 11 year's experience representing all parties in family, criminal and some civil law proceedings. I practice from Stour Chambers in Canterbury and regularly appear in courts throughout Kent and the South East of England. Prior to becoming a barrister I worked for a leading law firm representing individuals and companies charged with serious and complex frauds brought by different government agencies.
Whilst my earlier years as a barrister was a mixture of family and criminal law I practiced predominately in criminal law; prosecuting and defending at all levels from road traffic offence to more serious offences such as rape. Over the years like most things my practice has evolved; these days I now practice predominately in family law from all aspect of Children Act proceedings to financial disputes upon divorce. I'm routinely instructed in complex public and private law child cases involving anything from alleged non-accidental injury to babies to Parental Alienation/Implacable Hostility. My caseload often includes financial remedy cases with sizable assets.
