- Marcus Moore Antiques was established 35 years ago by husband and wife, Marcus and Mechelle Moore, both of whom have been lifetime lovers and collectors of fine art and quality antique furniture.
We stock many hundreds of pieces each displayed in a recently completed showroom at their country house home, set in the heart of the countryside surrounded by meadow land with a large and varied selection of quality Period Furniture from Oak and Country to Georgian Mahogany as well as some interesting Victorian furniture. Timbers that range from Oak, Yew, Walnut, Cherry and Elm to Mahogany, Padauk and Rosewood from the 17th century onwards.
A team of skilled craftsmen renovate the furniture in the onsite workshops under the guidance of Marcus Moore so every item is ready to go. We pride ourselves on excellent craftsmanship and an extensive knowledge expanding through various periods.
Both Marcus and Mechelle believe that true Antiques are worth the effort and money in conserving. Each item is individual and you will rarely find an exact replica.
