- We are based in Edinburgh and provide tenement occupants with a reliable stair cleaning service delivered to a high standard.
We offer regular monthly, fortnightly or weekly stairwell cleans.
A regular clean includes:
- lifting of mats and a full sweep-down of staircase and landings. - mopping with plenty of fresh water, floor cleaner and anti-bacterial products.
-Cleaning of handrail with anti-bacterial products.
Please note: additional duties can be added as requested.
We also offer deep cleans. Deep cleans are optional but are recommended prior to starting a regular service as they 'lift' neglected stairs in preparation.
A deep clean normally includes:
- Vacuuming/sweeping throughout
- Cleaning of walls
- Cleaning of railings and handrail
- Brushing dust down from upper wall area and door ledges
- Chewing gum removal from floor.
- Mopping with floor cleaner and anti-bacterial products.
Anti-bacterial products are used throughout so the stair is left fresh and clean. Additional duties can be added as requested.
Stone Floors and Carpeted floors are catered for!
It couldn't be easier for you to set a service up for your stairwell. We organise agreements from each flat and we bill flats individually (or to a stair account if preferred). All you have to do is get in touch and we'll do the rest!
