The combined effect is the removal of waste products from the body and a reduction in stress, fatigue and injury. All lifestyles, traumas (psychological and physical) and everyday pressures fatigue our bodies, as well as the types of foods we eat. Our bodies respond uniquely and as a result, so too do muscles, the body frame and underlying tissue. Physically demanding activities can create explosive stress, which result in acute injuries, whilst demanding workloads can over time affect us with wear and tear, resulting in chronic conditions producing aches and pains. Muscle fibres matted together, unresponsive to exercise can be manually freed. No two people are the same, and no two injuries are the same. We all have our own rate of healing.

My name is Stu of SLM Sports Massage, I have nearly 8 years experience in providing Sports Massages, I am a full member of the Sports Massage Association and can be found under therapists from Warrington. I have had a very diverse client base ranging from professional athletes, amateur athletes to builders and plumbers.
I am currently based at Diamond Health Club, Station Road, Haydock, St Helens which has car parking and is easily accessible and has close road links to the East Lancs Road and the M6 motorway but I also offer a mobile service in most circumstances. I offer deep tissue, pre and post event massages, injury treatment and exercise advice.
Appointments are £17 for 30mins and £27 for 60 mins and can be booked via email or phone, call, text or leave a message and I will respond ASAP.
