Laura is a qualified yoga teacher with the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance having studied extensively with both the Yoga Alliance and the British Wheel of Yoga. Laura teaches group drop in yoga classes in Southampton, Whiteley, Eastleigh, Chandler’s Ford and Hedge End. Laura’s yoga classes are based on Flow Yoga which is a dynamic and physical yoga practice where traditional yoga poses are put together to form rhythmic sequences set to music. This yoga style is physically challenging as it builds core strength and stamina whilst being deeply relaxing as the practise becomes a movement mediation. In Laura’s yoga classes you can expect to sweat, laugh and chill out.
