- Julia opened her first shop in 1978 in England and has built up her knowledge over the past 34 years, exhibiting at Major vetted antiques fairs like Olympia and joining the professional body “London and Provincial Antiques Dealers”.
She moved to Scotland in 2001 and continued to trade at fairs and at the (SAAC) Scottish Antiques and Arts Centre, Abernyte, Perthshire.
Julia also became a member of the Federation of Small Businesses.
She now has new premises at Rait, Perthshire in an historic steading called Dark Island and also a display of fine silver within the Abernyte SAAC.
Although open 7 days at Rait and Abernyte 10am until 4:30, she can be contacted between 8am and 8pm to arrange a personal visit or consultation for appraisals, valuations (including probate) and purchases, from single items to full house clearances.
