Shelley and Sunny Anand have opened Nottingham's The Cumin. It is based around the traditional Indian restaurant with a touch of modern decor to create a relaxed and comfortable dining environment.

With his background in East Africa, Shelley has incorporated some African tastes and ingredients, dishes such as Jeera Mogo (Cassava)and Tilapia fish, which is found in Lake Victoria, and drinks such as East African Tusker Beer.With Shelley's passion for creative cooking, our menu is always evolving from healthier options to new seasonal ingredients.
