Before we start a package of care, potential caregivers are introduced to our clients to ensure a good match. We match on background, training, experiences and personalities.
Our Caregivers are business insured to drive our clients to local destinations. We closely monitor their MOT, car tax and vehicle insurance and ensure their prompt renewal.
Our Clients and their family are re-assured by us being there. We have an open dialogue, where they can contact us at any time, to ensure this is the case.
We have an extensive training programme which is focused on stimulating, supporting and encouraging our clients.
We promote independence and choice; wanting Clients to remain in the homes that they live in and love, with the extra support they choose.
Our Clients control their care. It’s their care, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Our service is completely visible to the Client; we take time to reassure and explain what we are providing for them, when and by whom. Plus with our web-based portal we prove we’re providing the ultimate in quality all-round care.
