So not only do we provide excellent 1-1 counselling to support a rainbow of issues for the individual,couple or adolescent.
We also put a therapeutic approach into business,groups,schools.
We know that therapy can be applied in all sorts of areas and in all sorts of ways.
Our mission is to provide a rainbow service that encompasses well being and shows the brilliance and diversity of the therapeutic approach in all areas of life.
Not only do we strive to provide excellent counselling and support. But we also want to change the way therapy is seen, used, experienced and thought of.
Well Being is something all of us are entitled too. And we want to be part of that. For you, your workplace, your group, whatever the situation. Working on Wellbeing….its what we do.
Our Counsellor is MBACP fully qualified. You can come for counselling in person or you may choose to have online sessions. Please get in touch
