- DJ Lynne & Host Terry are a professional company, being etsbalished over 15 years ago, providing first class quality entertainment for the whole of yorkshire and beyond. DJ Lynne is a member of The National Association of Disc Jockeys which promotes the highest possible standards of professional conduct & reliability.
Over the 15 years or so that my business AvA Wedding DJ with DJ Lynne has been operating, I am proud to have gained a reputation as being one of Ryedale's leading top DJs and KJs – my husband Terry, supports me at functions, being media trained, and is always prepared to take the lead to get parties going and at times even becomes toast-master!
I have gained a reputation of introducing wit and humour into my gigs, and my extrovert personality and cheerful, friendly disposition enables me to get parties and functions of whatever nature into full swing. I can cater for events from Stately Homes to the smallest party, from Weddings, Golden Weddings to children’s parties, with music from the 40s to present day, and in addition I can offer a wide variety of ideas for Theme Nights – I believe that I am able to provide certainly a lot more than the average DJ can deliver – and there are no hidden costs!
You will see from my website that Terry and myself are very versatile with the type of functions in respect of which we offer entertainment, providing quality professional Disco and Karaoke entertainment. We have an excellent reputation for reliability (we have never let anyone down or double-booked - the latter usually occurs when a DJ/KJ accepts a more remunerative contract which we would never do) – and we offer value for money as well as a high quality of service.
By choosing AvA Wedding DJ clients are able to find everything they need in order to make their forthcoming functions or celebrations a success. We can help them bring that certain zing to their events, whether it is a corporate event, wedding reception, birthday party, Christmas party or anything else – and we dress appropriately for the occasion and never deliver pre-programmed music (unlike some DJs).
We offer the right music at the right volume to create the perfect atmosphere for the needs of our clients and for their guests to enjoy - and all at affordable and competitive prices.
Obviously a mixture of both disco and karaoke is also available as an option - we cater for bespoke requests. In addition we can cater for larger functions and prices are available upon request without any obligation. Events that are further than 15 miles away from Marton (near Kirkbymoorside) may incur additional charges in respect of distance but we shall be pleased to provide a “no obligation inclusive quotation” upon request.
For a series of contracted Christmas parties, Wedding Receptions or regular contracted engagements (for example as a “Resident DJ/KJ”), we are always very pleased to discuss a special price.
All of our disco and karaoke equipment is PAT tested and we have Public Liability Insurance.
