Bespoke exercise plans are created to take into account fitness levels, goals, likes and dislikes. In addition, if required, nutritional advice, weight and measurement tracking as well as review of food reaction diaries designed to understand the effects of certain foods on your appetite, mood and energy levels. A range of exercise tools including Boxing, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Jogging to Running as well as body weight and weights are used to keep your training sessions, varied, challenging and fun.
In addition to one to one training, I also offer group personal training and group fitness classes if you prefer to train with friends.
