I have developed a unique and fantastic fully holistic massage session incorporating, full consultation looking at physiological and psychological issues, health goals and targets and a debriefing with homework tasks.
The session is 90 minutes long, the treatment time is 60 minutes.
It includes soothing relaxing massage with aroma oils, with the use of candles, music, tuning fork healing vibration, music, chakra work, Bach flowers, aura soma essences. It is followed by a guided meditation to finish.
This is a complete nurturing time for you, a time to stop, heal, rest, regenerate.
