What I do will result in weight loss but its making sure you eat healthy nutritious foods, I look at your sleep patterns. Sleep impacts your life on all levels : emotionally, mentally and physically, How much do you move around, the type of food you eat, you are very likely to be addicted to sugar and I also look at your emotional relationship with food as well as any other situations the you may feel have negative impact on your life, any at all.
I then make a plan tailored just for you, I work with you on all those areas, removing any negative emotions and relationships with food, building your self esteem and confidence. improving nutrition and wellness. I have even removed phobias and past pains in my sessions.
Anything that makes you a happier and healthier person, I wil pick up as the end result will last your whole life.
To do this I use my life coaching skills, hypnosis, EFT, or Kinetic shift. It just depends what your needs are. I also produce self- hypnosis recordings just for you, to work on what ever is required and have a variety of self help documents that I supply if needed. I am also here for you to ask for support or to answer any questions you may have 7 days a week
