We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu School teaching the martial art of BJJ in Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective martial arts on the planet and is highly used in MMA Portsmouth classes teach the entire martial art of BJJ.
Our focus is on quality over quantity always and delivering high quality Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for everyone.
Our classes have a friendly positive atmosphere and all students receive patient and supportive teaching to endure maximum learning potential is reached.
The entire martial art of BJJ is taught including self defence, standing techniques and takedowns as well as ground techniques.
we offer martial arts instruction of the highest quality to the Portsmouth, Southsea, Havant, Fareham, Gosport, Chichester and Hampshire area.
No previous experience or fitness is needed, classes are for adults of all ages 14+.
We will start you off gradually introducing you to the art safely and under supervision to ensure you get the best possible start to your learning. all students in the class are helpful and will share with you advice and tips.
We understand how coming to a new class especially in martial arts can be intimidating but we can assure you of a warm welcome and that you will not be expected to do anything daunting or difficult, it will just be an easy enjoyble introduction to the art that will hopefuly inspire you to want to train for a lifetime.
Classes are for Adults aged 14yrs+ and are every Monday (No Gi) at 7.30pm-8.30pm Tuesday and Friday (Gi) at 7.30pm-9pm
