I am a clinical psychologist who has worked for the NHS for 19 years. I am passionate about supporting people to improve their mental health and over the years I have helped many people to find ways to manage their lives more successfully.
I offer individual therapy, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. My approach initially involves spending some time helping you to really understand why you are experiencing the difficulties you are currently having and then jointly creating a plan of changes you would like to make. We can then use this plan to support you in taking steps to start improving your life, as well as identifying skills that could help you to achieve your aims.
