I am a Private Consultant Chartered Counselling Psychologist providing confidential online psychological therapy, assessments and tuition where your needs always come first. Face-to-face sessions are available, lockdown-permitting, if you live in the Dorset area. AXA & BUPA approved provider.
I worked in primary and secondary care NHS services for over 15 years and have experience treating the full range of mental health issues. Since 2020 I have worked exclusively in private practice offering online psychological therapies for people who want to focus on specific issues or to simply invest in improving their overall wellbeing. I also psychology tuition and produce videos to enhance sleep and relaxation that I share on my YouTube channel: Light House Psychology.
I am an approved provider for VitalityHealth and Aviva as well as BUPA and AXA Health Insurance.
Current appointment start times and availability are on the hour Monday-Wednesday from 09:00 and the last appointment available is at 17:00. Due to high demand, sadly, I cannot offer evening appointments (18:00, 19:00 and 20:00) at this time.
