I have set up a training company specifically training managers and staff in wellbeing and mental health in the workplace, having managed this strategic aim with the Fire Service and reaching out to a male orientated workforce, it really inspired me to continue as it had such a positive impact on staff.

I have over 10 years experience in this field and am incredibly passionate about changing the stigma that comes with mental health, especially due to the success of delivering this training in largely male orientated work places such as the fire service.
