We also offer a structural design service for all types of projects including new builds, extensions, conversions, alterations and refurbishments in both the private and public sectors. We have particular expertise in domestic extensions, alterations and loft conversions. in addition, Alex Rosen can act as Party Wall Surveyor for either a building owner or an adjoining owner, or as an agreed surveyor.

    We work throughout Devon, Dorset, Somerset and East Cornwall.
